When I contacted Rumi about an EV car charger installation I was already frustrated with the project. I had had a couple of estimates which were ridiculously expensive.

My first communication was with Mahdi an electrician with Rumi who was outstanding and empathetic. He quickly saw I was interested in quality work and was just seeking a fair price.

He delivered in all ways! The cost was reasonable with a few necessities included which showed he cared and that the quality of their work was outstanding.

He quickly did the job working well into the late evening on a Sunday. The job is outstanding. Not only that, but he also swept up and made sure everything was clean which I appreciate.
